I just decided to start doing this, I've already had some great laughs at the posted material, and I think I can be a very productive member with a little practice. I've done a bit of research, and I think I'm ready to start.

My question is, can I just snag a scam from the surplus and start in, or is there some other protocol I need to know about?

Any input is appreciated

First, make sure you're Safe and if you wonder what that is, read a bit Wink

Surplus is free for all baiters, just don't close email accounts of lads as others might have a problem with that Shocked

I know about the anonymous email, no personal info, strong virus/spiware protection, etc...is there something I'm missing?

Feel free to sign up for a mentor. I recommend straight baiting your pets till you get the swing of things. Don't be afraid to try different kinds of scams & certainly don't be bashful about asking questions on the forum. Have fun!

People have different strengths and interests - some people think Lotto Lads are boring, but Gomer thrives on them (instead of haemoglobin Gomer has Lotto lads carrying oxygen round his veins), I prefer to provide some degree of technical/IT-based support for baiters who are getting out of their comfort when I have time - everyone has their areas, find your favourite and cause misery!

If you want to get started fast, someone (an inbox farmer somewhere on the board) was recently giving away inboxes ready seeded with scammers just waiting to be frustrated, but you can take surplus emails or start gathering your own inboxes - there are sadly plenty of scammers to go around.

Just don't get me started on Haemo-goblins - and then there's my haemato-critters - and I'm told they're up the duff too. Shocked

Lads are like hazelnuts. Sometimes you are lucky and find a weak one and it breaks open to expose its fleshy vulnerable parts you can feast on without much effort, but if you spend your time looking for one of them you'll waste a lot of effort, and find a lot you can't crack.

Straight baiting is like a persistent tapping - kind of laborious but will get you the best results in the end without having to keep picking up new ones.

Then there are tactics you can use that will crack open a lot of nuts that baiters have learned by trial and error.

One method I use is mass baiting and that's like hitting a pile of nuts and picking up the ones that sound weak and then taking them to one side for special attention.

Took me over a year to get a trophy picture, but learning how to get inside a Lads mind is more important and will eventually lead you into being able to do anything you want with a Lad.

puppy lads are fun and easily twisted. I have all of them fillin my livestock import form which at present is 6 pages long and growing and they need one for each puppy you are importing.

a good site to get fakers from is http://www.puppiessale.org/ go for the free to adopt ones they are mostly scammers.

i have only been doing this for a few months so far and they have proovd the most fruitful and well i kinda like them best Smile

Has anyone had any success in changing a lad's religion? I was thinking of attempting to get lads to write long-winded diatribes about their belief in the Church of Sl4yer, and how they pray at the Alter of Sacrifice before going into missionary work. Any successes like this?
