Hi should have posted it in the surplus, but I hate so much this kind of scam that I thought it needed a little more attention. Evil or Very Mad

Sadly, it is in French, but as you will see the pictures, you'll understand what it is about.
I'll begin to bait it from 5 differents accounts.

En effet :
Ma priorité dans cette lettre consiste à attirer votre attention et votre bonté

sur l'état défectueux et pitoyable dans lequel se trouve notre centre des refugiés de Tanda en particulier le dortoir des enfants et leurs vêtements.

Les réfugiés et moi sollicitons votre aide concernant l'état de vie et de santé des enfants.

Nous comptons donc sur votre haute bienveillance pour l'obtention d'une aide matérielle ou financière pour la réhabilitation du centre des refugiés de Tanda.

Nous les refugiés demandons en particulier les vêtements pour enfant, femme si possible du blé, du soja (la nourriture).

Le Centre a besoin des vêtements que vous n'utilisez plus. Le centre de tanda en n'a besoin pour les enfants et les refugiés.

Tous nos espoirs reposent sur votre bonne volonté.

Car, chaque jour qui passe est un combat sans fin.

That's real life elsewhere, but the guy trying to exploit can be shot anytime, please start with his toes and work up slowly.
[rant]On the other hand, we all know the the foster parents plan and alike movies, not that explicit, but working with the same emotional info. When we joined them in the sixties, they claimed that 10.000 kids a day died of mal- or no nutrition.
In the early eighties that climbed up to 20.000 a day, so we then got four foster kids, now they claim it's close to 30.000 a day, so as it was obviously not working, we quit the plan. But the commercials are still there. Somebody is making good profit there with the same poor people[\rant]
