Some of you know me, some of you don't.
I'm former military and I currently head a search and rescue team.
At the end of may I hurt myself and have been unable to perform my duties on that team. I have been bed bound.
This call came in yesterday. I couldn't go.
I want to give credit to my team who DID go. They did assist in the rescue, and they know who they are. (one of them is a silent member here)
Good job.
I'm sorry I wasn't there.

You'll be back out there soon enough BA, well done for helping get the team together so that even with one member missing, they worked well.

BA, I saw the report on TV, and I was suitably impressed with the excellent work of the rescue team - especially whoever it was who thought, "I'll just bring this chain saw along," even though they don't usually do so for summer rescues.
And please get better. Rescue teams are special people.  |

An excellent job by everyone involved to rescue those boys. Hopefully they will quickly and completely heal from their injuries. The rest of us mortals are grateful for the generous and brave souls that give so much of themselves to rescue and save us (even when we do something stupid). Cheers and bravo.
