I'm straight-baiting a gold dust lad at the moment. I told him that his draft contract was unacceptable and that he hadn't mentioned the impurities assay for actinium, arsenic, dihydrogen oxide or equineium, etc, etc and that his tax structure was all wrong as he'd got down the buyer had to pay fees... so he amended the fees clause thus:

(a) Taxes/charges such as, storage fees, customs duties, Insurance fees and other fees resulting from transportation and documentation in the seller's country of origin to facilitate the conveyance of the gold to the buyer's country of origin will be the sole responsibility of the Seller.

Well now that is going to be fun when he starts asking for WU Xfers to cover all those taxes and charges Confused

I have a similar situation going with The Incredible Self-Baiting Pastor Joe, who agreed to pay all necessary charges and fees.

Now he whines:

I have suceded , i have goten the loan from the bank, but they only loan me ($300.00) and i take the ($300.00) to the company and the company disagreed, they said that the insurance fee must be complet before they will dipatch your consignment.

And i don't know what to do over this again, all you have to do now is to look for the remaining (85.00) immediatly so that the you will recieve your consignment and send me the money i have spend so far.

Of course, I slapped him for this, and told him to keep his word as a holy man, and that maybe he could sell his watch to get the extra money.... Cool
