"Tracking Number" scam / virus / phishing?

I've been getting a few of these recently... they usually say something along the lines of "Your UPS delivery failed, please print the attached slip and hand it in at your local UPS depot to collect the parcel".
There is what looks like a zip file attached.

My latest one came from the republic of Korea:

Is it as I suspect, a virus? Or a phishing tool?

And is the address

I think it is a virus from suppressed brothers in the southern parts of our great fatherland.

Let's just say that I don't have access to my make up and hair dye at the moment and I seem to have developed a facial hair issue. I look better in silhouette believe me. Laughing

I've been getting a few stating they have MTCN's for sale to collect Western Union money and a password to get into an information bank with all MTCN's that haven't been collected on yet. It is only going to cost me 900 GBP to collect 4500 GBP so I informed the lad that I couldn't use GBP here and would have to pass, so he sent me an offer to sell MTCN's for dollar amounts. Hell, I couldn't pass that up and promptly sent the money but he'll have to collect through the secure site. Can't wait to see how that goes.
