This lad claimed to be in Lome Togo in a refugee camp.

I tried the Medical Clinic ASEM which didnt work.

Instead I got this reply

I always send back some gay black pron pics, it helps keep the relationship going for a bit longer, and you can picture your lad sitting in a cafe, with gay pron on his screen with the other lads looking, while he bursts a blood vessel writing back Twisted Evil
