I received this from the new 'Barrister' appointed to represent my interests to the bank where I am trying to become the 'beneficiary'.

Because of the out ray of the fraud cases in this country the management of this bank has studded a policy that for all claim of such kind that a proper recognition of the bank must be approved before any proceeding will be guaranteed .is with due respect Sir I sworn an oath as a legal luminary to defend your cause in all ramification from the armpit of the law.

I will advise you return the filed form that was given to you by the bank for a proper recognition and approval of the bank before we can proceed and for easy communication we request you send to us your telephone and fax number for our proper perusal.
