When he said "Why you dey do anyhow" he meant: Why are you acting up?

"Osawe" is actually a name. But I'll agree with the post above and say he was probably drunk...or stoned.

My opinion is that he's testing you. He doesn't believe you and he is trying to get you to reveal yourself as a lad. Carry on just the way you have been.
