Well, I think I may have killed one of my lads!
I managed to get him to travel from Ghana to Nigeria (a 14 hr trip apparently) to meet me at the airport.
I spoke to him on the phone from the airport - but sadly I'd flown to one on the other side of the country - and since then I've heard nothing.
It normally wouldn't worry me, as I imagine he's twigged that the Church isn't 100% legitimate.
What worries me though, is that NONE of the phone numbers he gave me now work....?
He calls himself and another chap uses the address .
Does anyone else have them going at the moment?

As far as I have read, no one has ever managed that so far...although it might be good for media attention...(ducks and hides)
Could you post his email(s) here? You could enter them in google, maybe they have been reported as active scammer emails recently and are to be found in a database.
My guess is that he might just be broke and/or gone out off sight from you... |

I highly doubt that he's dead. Miserable? Probably. Broke? Likely. But not dead.
He might be out of phone credits. Or maybe he's dropped you. Or something.
Or, maybe the po-po in Nigeria did their jobs for once and he's in a jail cell. |

Just a small note. Lately I heard two Ghanaians (non-scammers) talking. The other guy warned the other one who was on his way to Abuja not to travel via Lagos where he might easily get robbed. He said the city is very dangerous.
Of course, nothing new with that...  |

@Mushtoo - Lads trade, swap and steal mobiles all the time. They also switch sim cards like they are going out of fashion, so I wouldn't read too much into his phones being dud.

I will have to put all the emails up at some point, although this one has stretched about 12 months, and included a naked rendition of Genesis from the Bible (to suit the Church of Green Saints).
It'll take months to compile it all! |
