I had to bring the system down this evening for about 35 to 50 mins due to a database rebuild. Something went screwy in the search index facility which was causing the database to take forever to load when searches - I have just finished rebuilding that table - hopefully all should be back to normal now!

By the way, are there channels to go through if we want to add smilies or phpBB mods? Like, would anyone here be open to suggestions? I'm just noticing that I miss certain mods I've used in other forums in the past. |
