I'm sure a pilgrimage (safari) buys them some latitude on requirements, but did these lads get to skip building a monument of faith? Can we see their applications and have a look at them?

I'm anxious to see what context you build up for them if/when they meet the bros Adamu. There are tons of possibilities there... make them rivals, or make them believe each is the savior of the other?

Does he know he's supposed to go all the way to Abeche yet? or just as far as Ndjema (sp?) for his $3k? Had a hard time understanding his dialog during the call.

Based on the talk jojo, YW, and I had today it looks like we'll be leading them to believe that both parties are rescuing the other. It should be an interesting (to say the least) turn of events. Smile

They do not know they have to go all the way to Abeche. Soon enough though. We really need to just get them into Chad with little money and no clothes. Abeche is FAR more accessible than Lagos at that point.

Kind of a boring call, but I wanted to check in during the morning and see how the boys are making out. Apparently they're leaving for Nigeria in 2 hours. The calls/e-mails always get more fun once we confirm they're very far away. Before that, it's basically straight-baiting. Here you go:

Excellent first phone call to the new lads, (except for the sniggering in my left ear (Professor!!!) Could you update the map with the new lads and the revised (revived?) Eric?

Wish the lad had come with sub-titles, he was very difficult to understand. Except when he said $420. I heard that bit.

Do you have any plans for them to chop ND's dollar, or for him to chop theirs?

We don't want to reveal too many of our plans. It's much more fun for everyone (we think) to watch it unfold as the lads find out. I'm sure YW will update the map very soon for everyone.

Just listened to the second call. That brother sounds a bit 'heavy'
and there was a 'blip' that sounded like Skype near the end of the call.

They do sound ready to rock and roll though.

This call may have been the first time you would get to hear my pleasing voice. You are welcome. These guys are so interesting. To be honest, when these guys first emailed us, I thought it was a baiter. I have no idea where they got our emails. And they emailed us back with a gmail address that was similar to [email protected] (that is not the real email address, so don't bother trying to email it). Everything about it screamed baiter. The email address. The writing. The fact that they never asked for a single phone call until they were about to leave. The truth is, they have only really been in our laps for about a week. Another baiter actually received this same email and asked me about it. (Who is baiting as Rev Howard? Sir Scam A Lot?)

Anyway, these guys are something else. Basically, I saw them online last Friday. I started chatting them up. They were really interested about this whole deal. So, I told them I would do them a favour. No need for a monument of faith. I would skip straight to the good stuff. And, you guys know the rest.

I'll post their forms shortly.

Yes, I am Reverend Howard. They were utterly devoted to the idea as soon as I saw them. I thought the same thing, that they were baiters, until I got a couple emails in. Glad to see they're on their way to Hell, I mean Chad.
