I am a new guy here. Just got my first 419! I am posting the emails sent by this person to me.

Indulgence and support, I propose an offer of 25% of the total amount to be yours after the transfer has been successfully concluded. Kindly reply me stating your interest, and I shall furnish you with the details and necessary procedure with which to make the transfer progress.

This was sometime yesterday. I got a response back today from a different email address but same guy.

notification, this was also returned, and it was the third in a series. I
made futile efforts to locate her but only to find out in October 2001

declared dead along with her suitor in an Egyptian airline crash with other

The identification of the body could not be established but the airlines
stated that she was on the plane. Since her death, no one has come forward
to lay claim to this money as her heir, because the only one I know, is her
suitor who also died in the same air crash (May their souls rest in peace),
we cannot release the fund from her account unless someone applies for
claim as the next-of-kin to the deceased as indicated in our banking
guidelines.

Upon this discovery, I now seek your permission to have you stand as a next
of kin to the deceased, as all documentations will be carefully worked out
by me for the funds to be released in your favour as the beneficiary's next
of kin and it is on this note that I decided to seek for whose name shall
be used as the next of kin/beneficiary to this funds, the sum and the
interest is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each
year at the rate of 19% per annum and as at the last value of investment on
maturity, it was 9,320,000,000 (Nine Million, Three hundred and twenty
thousand British Pounds Sterling).

For this, I have proposed a reasonable 25% percentage of the total funds as
your share and as an expression of my gratitude for your assistance and
partnership, thus encouraging you to guarantee that my share of the funds
will be secured and transferred to me as when required. I shall require
some information and a brief profile of yourself and upon receipt of the
information, I shall immediately begin the processes which will lead to the
approval and release of the funds to you as the bonafide executor and next
of kin of the depositor going by the documents that will be secured. After
all the necessary documentation for the funds release are met and
satisfied, an approval shall be given by the legal department of my bank
for the eventual release of the funds to your nominated local account and
transfer a certain percentage of my share of the funds to me through an
account that I shall give to you at that time.

According to practice, the bank will by the end of the financial year,
broadcast a request for statements of claim to our branch, failing to
receive viable claims, they will most probably revert the deposit back to
the Financial Service Authority, this will result in the money entering our
bank's accounting system or be confiscated as unclaimed estate by the
Financial Service Authority and the portfolio will be out of my hands and
out of the private banking branch, therefore time is of the essence.

The world of private banking especially is fraught with huge rewards for
those who occupy certain offices and oversee certain portfolios. You should
have begun by now to put together the general direction of what I want to
propose. You may not know this but people like myself who have made tidy
sums out of comparable situations run the whole private banking sector. I
am not a criminal and what I do, I do not find against good conscience,
this may be hard for you to understand, but the dynamics of my industry
dictates that I make this move. Such opportunity only comes once in a
lifetime. I cannot let this chance pass me by, for once I find myself in
total control of my destiny.
