Meet Raymond. He's a complete and utter fuckwit.
A lad who sneaked into South Africa from Nigeria on a student's visa and is happily scamming away just like he's back home.
I'm utterly positive that he would love to hear from your lad. In fact, if able, he'd prefer a visit.
I've suggested that you use him as a dollar chopper, but really, any way you can work him into your bait and make his life more miserable is a plus.
