I've been baiting the guy for a few months now. I got him from Hellryder.

He's in Ghana, and I'm sure he's not Jewish. So if anyone here speaks Hebrew, you'll appreciate my message below.

For the n00bs to the site, here's just an example of a way to play the scammer's own games with them while setting them up. So the guy and I did the regular stuff for like two months. I got his bank acct details - sent them to Alan and then was running out of ways to screw up the transaction - so I decided that I should tell him that since nothing is working, I'm going to hand deliver the money to him. This is when I found out he'd be traveling to Ghana soon and wouldn't be in NYC - - so guess what - I decided to go to Ghana.

Well, THIS is when I let him realize how wealthy I am (not before) So he knew me for a while before I let him know how wealthy I am. I showed him proof that I do humanitarian work. I build community centers for aging women - they are and they make sure that aging women have autonomy in their communities. They feel like they are needed.

Also, we pair up with the T.W.4.T church to do humanitarian things. So, I was supposed to go to Ghana, but the next week there was the problem in Myanmar and the earthquake in China. Instead of going to Ghana, I have rushed to deliver aid to those who are not well.

I've sent him pictures of things I've seen in Myanmar - and then in China. But while in Myanmar I fell in love with a child - so I had to go back to Myanmar because she was getting ill. I couldn't go to Ghana. Now I have been able to adopt the child and will be bringing her back to the US soon. However, we will stop in Ghana first. I am going to tell the lad that little cannot travel to Ghana due to not having the proper immunizations and since she almost died, she can't have new immunizations for like a year or so.... So we cannot travel to Ghana. The closest I can get to Ghana is Chad....

And you can imagine where it will go then. I'm bringing lots of money and lots of gifts - and the lad is expecting me to be the biggest maga he's ever had.....

So on to the quotes. I haven't written to him for a week. He's been worried about me and emailing constantly - but I need him to NEED me....
So today he writes to see if I am still alive....

I spent Monday by her bedside, reading stories to her and telling her how much I loved her. Then Monday night, I told the doctors that I would agree to pull the plug on her machines and let her die on Tuesday morning, but I wanted to spend Monday night holding her.

So, I took her out of the bed and held her in my arms and rocked her all night Monday.

At 5:30 in the morning on Tuesday, Ph0ruh moved her hand. I was holding it and telling her how much I love her. She squeezed my hand. I screamed for someone to get the doctor. They told me that I was just sensing things that were not happening, but I knew that my baby squeezed my hand and that she was telling me that she was fighting. However, she wouldn't do it again for the doctors and nurses.

At 8:00 a.m., we had agreed to turn off the life support machines, but I told them that I couldn't do it after she squeezed my hand. Everyone told me that it is normal for a mother to have second thoughts and that it's normal for me to have desires for my baby to be alive, but she's not - the machines are keeping her alive and I need to accept that there's nothing more that can be done.

They gave me a few minutes with Ph0ruh, and Rabbi Moshe came to pray with me. I told him to hold her hand and to talk to her and help me tell them that she is still alive. We held her hand, and as the Rabbi began to pray the B'nai Kvetch, Ph0ruh's hand began to move. I told him to continue to pray. As he said, "Ha Motzi" her mouth seemed like it was trying to smile even though she had a tube in it going down to her lungs. And then when he said "Shema Yisroel adonoi elohenu adonoi echod" her eyes opened! I began to scream. And the Rabbi started singing "Galgalay ha michoneet meestovevem" to thank G-d for this miracle. The doctors were so surprised. We all prayed "Gdee katan haya li Miri, Haya le Miri haya le Miri, Gdee katan haya le Miri, Gdee lavan v'tzach...."

Editing to add a translation here.... B'nai means "children of" and to kvetch is to "complain" The Ha Motzi is a song/prayer to give thanks for bread. The Shema is actually a prayer that says that the Lord is our G-d and the Lord is one. The Galgalay ha michoneet is the song "The wheels on the car go round and round...." and the "Gdee katan haya li Miri" is - Mary had a little lamb song....LOL

Ph0ruh began to cry.

For the past few days, Ph0ruh has slowly began to get better. I am so afraid that she may go back into a coma and die, so I am sitting by her bedside. She cannot leave the room she's in. I don't know when it will be safe to travel with her. We have to be very careful about her health. As soon as the doctors say she can travel, we will go to Ghana.

Tell Solomon that I have NO CHOICE but to fly on a private plane. Tell him that I've adopted a baby from Myanmar named Ph0ruh Nih1n and that she has been so sick due to the viruses that are plaguing Myanmar right now. She almost died, and I will choose my baby's life over this money and transaction. Her life comes first, and if he has children he will understand. As I've told you for the past month, I cannot say for sure when I will be able to fly to Africa. Right now everything depends on the health of my baby. Life is more important than a little bit of money. I will come on a private plane, and Solomon can rest assured that it won't cause problems. We always fly in during the middle of the night, so we land when people are sleeping. This causes less commotion, and we get special clearance to land. It's no big deal. I've flown all over the world in different private planes. Only when you land during the day in a third world country does it lead to lots of excited people wondering who you are and how you can afford such a luxury.

Tell Solomon we will land at night. Very few people will know we are arriving. He will also need to rent a van. I have a lot of bags of clothes with me, and then the gifts that I have brought for you, Solomon, and everyone else take up a few boxes. I also need to ensure that Solomon has a bodyguard for me. I cannot risk us all being robbed because of the amount of cash I am carrying. This is extremely important. I am not going to be able to fly to Ghana with the military or my own bodyguards. They have other business to take care of. Solomon must PROMISE me that I am going to be safe when I arrive in Ghana.

b) She must be watched carefully for 7 days after being released from her hospital room

If she does well after those, then we have to meet the following criteria:
a) She must have a nurse travel with her or a doctor
b) We must travel on a private plane so that she is not in contact with lots of other people in a small environment for a long period of time. The doctors fear that there could be germs that others are carrying which could interact with the virus she has in her body and kill her.
c) we are NOT allowed to travel to certain countries due to her not having vaccinations.

With all of that said, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States has issued us a warning that there is a virus in West Africa called monkey pox. I was given this web page for information about it http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/monkeypox/factsheet2.htm If Ph0ruh contracts this, she will die within a few days. I was told that she cannot travel to West Africa. THE CLOSEST THAT I CAN TAKE PH0RUH TO WEST AFRICA IS TO CHAD. The T.W.A.T. church has several churches built in Chad, and they have military connections where we would have a nice place to stay - and good food to eat. They say that you are invited to bring Solomon to Chad and that the church will reimburse your travel fees if you bring ORIGINAL receipts. They can also provide you a return flight on the plane that Ph0ruh and I will be on. I sent you a photo of that plane a few weeks ago. Ph0ruh and I will be transferring to the church's private jet, which is larger, to return to the United States. As of right now, my plan is to arrive in Chad on Saturday, July 5. Please see if you can travel to meet me. You are already traveling from the United States to Ghana. Chad is not much further, so it should be no big deal for someone as well traveled as you. I need to know if you can meet me as soon as possible. This way I can get all the paperwork signed so that the church will pay all of your expenses for the trip. I am going to need to know how many people are traveling with you and what you think the estimate of your trip will be. Please tell the men that I am sorry for my delay and that I apologize for not being able to go directly to Ghana, but my little girl is very sick. Her life and health means so much to me. HER LIFE MEANS MORE TO ME THAN ANY MONEY I MAY BE RECEIVING OR ANY TRANSACTION. I will give up anything and everything for my baby. I cannot risk her getting monkeypox or another West African virus that she's not had immunizations for. The government will not allow a clearance for her to enter most of the West African countries.

So here's the latest update.

He is thinking about traveling. (Ok n00bs....notice I said he is THINKING about traveling. Often mugus say they will travel. Then you get excited and say they will travel - but they don't. What will happen is that he's going to find excuses - - he's going to want money up front - - SOMETHING is going to happen. So, I have NOT guaranteed that I am going to get a safari YET. Mugus often lie. LOL )

Now here's my response. I will edit in red. Some of the edits will have some explanations to let n00bs know why I wrote what I did. Others will be side notes for all people...

Regarding the building of the Community Centers in Ghana, please tell S0lomon that if he's extremely busy and cannot work at this time with my organization to build the community centers for aging women in Ghana, I understand. My cousin knows Dr. Annan very well, and I will ask him to help with the building of the centers. (Edit - I put this here, because I want them to think that it's no big deal to me if they meet me or not - I will simply give that money to someone else. It keeps me in control. If they think I can give the money to someone else, then they want to make sure that the money goes in THEIR pockets and not to someone else. It's using one of their tricks against them. Also, I told the doctors that you said that monkey pox is no longer a virus. They told me to tell you that this is why you are a lawyer and not a doctor. The virus is still in existence, and this is only one example of a virus that Ph0ruh does not need to be in contact with. There are others, too. The doctors said that I may absolutely NOT take Ph0ruh into West Africa. The only place that I am given permission to go is to Chad. Keeping to my word, I have not emailed "Prof. Burth" back.

Now there's an interesting twist. See, they are wanting me to see how urgent this transaction is. So they've introduced someone else.

At this point, I have several options:
a) I can pretend this went to my spam folder and I NEVER received this email
b) I can email "Prof Burth" and tell him that someone is emailing me and say I got multiple emails about the transaction from this one person (when I just got one - but this could set us up for a dollar chop) I can say that I don't trust that other people besides him are now emailing me without me expecting it - something must be fishy. He'll then tell me to trust this person and then I will say I emailed the person back and he's going to be told I didn't - and I'll swear I did. So then when the dollar gets chopped - I can say it's his fault - he told me to respond to the emails.

So, the guy has spent a LOT of time THINKING today - and we can see he's not a dumb scammer - because he came up with a VERY LONG email to send to me....

PRIVACY

As per your privacy which is paramount for your future investment protection, Christian Burmman confirmed that all records relating to you have been completely removed from public accessibility as requested but the Lead counsel Burt Neurborn . Chief Judge Arthur Aeschlimann also confirmed custody of documents establishing legal protection of your records as required under the Swiss Financial Privacy laws.

Chief Judge Arthur Aeschlimann also added that Swiss legislation guarantees respect for privacy, being a question of protecting personal privacy; a basic right established under the Swiss constitution (Art. 13). Chief Judge Arthur Aeschlimann said that any violation of bank client confidentiality, whether through negligence or intentionally, is punishable by a prison sentence or by a fine. Violating bank client confidentiality remains a punishable offence even after the relationship with the client has come to an end or the banker has ceased his/her professional activity (Art. 47, Federal Law on Banks and Savings Banks).

TERMS OF RELEASE OF YOUR CLAIM

The council, chief Judge, and Christian Burmman agreed on receipt of the fees on your payout center Ghana and prompt effect of your wire transfer for your investment within 2 business days of receipt of the fund by the council. Head of Federal Department of Finance confirmed that all necessary approvals have been given and the Chairman of Swiss Bankers Association also stated that contact will be made through Bank for International Settlements, Switzerland (being the Central Bank of Switzerland) for immediate and direct transfer instructions of your fund from foreign reserve /reconciliatory account with Bank of Ghana (being Central Bank of Ghana) upon confirmation of your arrival date with your fees.

@yasterb - - they must have SOMEONE there - - because we baiters get the idea of a safari - - but lads wouldn't understand or "get it" and I don't think they'd just bait us to be stranded with lots of money. I am pretending that I have the OPTION that he had originally told me, and he knows it's NOT an option. So it gives me the upper hand.

I am pissed. If you are a n00b and did this - - I have been so close to getting a safari - and I've worked with him since Feb. My plan was to get him to safari in the IMMEDIATE future and you have ruined that. I now have to wait - - or I may not even get it......all the information I've gathered - my work - for MONTHS - to have some ignorant person shut down his email. I've been working with the lawyer he was pretending to be and other people - giving them information about him as I find it out - - and now he's gone - slipped through my fingers because SOMEONE thought it would be exciting to shut down his email address.

And now I can't get anything through.

I hope he saved my email address somewhere and will contact me as soon as he gets a new account set up.

This is why we don't kill free emails.

it ruins months of work and encourageslads to go on to new prey. It's counterproductive and doesn't slow them down. Leaving emails up allows us to work them properly.

odious outcome Eliza... My hope is that he will contact you again soon.

Could be his email provider cottoned on, or possibly that nun character who was doing the rounds stuck one in the works.

I was a single email from getting my biggest trophy yet when his email went dead. Irritating, but that's what happened.

I sure hope he does have your addy saved somewhere, as it really is infuriating when this happens. Sad
