Now I'm mad - the annual gym subscription is cheaper now than it was the last time I was there - at least I think I'm angry but I'm not sure why. 
.... and my Renal Consultant has brought forward my next visit by four months, so I think someone here's split on me signing up to the gym.
.... and the gym insist I do an induction, so I said if the trainer can lift more than I can he can go ahead. Geesh - I'm not even in the gym yet and I'm getting testosterone burn already.
Oops - I forgot to tell them about my operation.  that's old age for you. |

…because now, am left with nothing and remember i told you my Guy (Joe) gave up earlier this morning |
