What Follows is my bait in progress. I'm brand new to this but am already so hooked I think I'll need rehab soon. I decided to play the part of a gullible old man...I'm sure I'll evolve into something different as my skills tighten up.

My reply:Hello Reverend- Thank you for your response. I'm once again confused by yet another name singed to this last email. This time it is signed " Rev. Fr. Fredrick Anderson", which is the 3rd name I have been given. I am becoming nervous that too many people know about my valuable delivery. Please assure me that nothing is fishy here. I do not understand why different names keep appearing on the emails. I was contacted by you sometime ago and trusted your email, now I am getting emails with different names attached. Please explain.
I am prepared to submit my shipping fees via Western Union as requested. I think I can do that on the computer but I'm not sure. Remember I also need to know when the delivery will be made. Will it come in an armored car? I am worried about so much cash being transported. I am spending my wife and my rent money and we will have only a few dollars left for food so i need to know when to expect the delivery. If it is not here by July 1st, I will not be able to pay our rent and it would be a very bad thing indeed.
Please let me know how we can wrap this up quickly, I have been waiting for so very long.

I am sorry to have bothered you but I was beginning to wonder if all of this was for real. Since you have not responded to me I can only imagine that I was not dealing with God Fearing Peoples.

My Reply (after having not received a return email from the 'diplomat' Dear Reverend- Unfortunately I must back out of our business arrangement. Yesterday I emailed the diplomat to confirm his role in this matter and since I have not heard back from him I am wondering if this is some sort of attempt to extort money from me. I wish you luck in all that you do.

Also, the agreed upon amount with Reverend Clampton was for 2700 British Pounds, NOT 2750 British Pounds! In addition, Rev. Clampton agreed to pay 1500 British Pounds and I agreed to pay the remaining 1200 British Pounds. I need to have conformation that Rev. Clampton has paid his part before I can send mine. I appreciate your dealing with these few remaining complications so that we may actualize this business dealing.

I have just returned from my bank with the most upsetting news that I hope you can help me with. My lady banker informs me that there is a problem with the transfer. She told me that the final bank for the transfer is a Nigerian Bank, GTB PLC. I insisted that you were in London England and that there must be a mistake. She told me that only the transfer bank is in London and that because of that they had to warn me that I may lose my only money. Father, is this possible??? I am very confused by this turn of events. I insisted that this was a legitimate business transaction but she insisted that the policy of the Bank was to warn me and that in any case both you and I would have to fill out additional anti-terrorism paper work. I showed her a copy of your United Nations I.D thinking that would work and she kind of laughed at me and said that would not do. She told me that only a copy of a valid International passport would work and that because I had an account with the bank that my state I.D. would be sufficient for me. Please Father, I don't know what to do at this most distressing news. I can not believe that after all of our work this deal may fall through. I thought you played a very evil trick on me and have taken me for my money just like before. I am surprised you have come back to me in this way. The pain I feel and the shame I feel is too much for this old man. Never before in my life have I been so stupid as to fall for such treacherous evil deeds. Tell me what went wrong??? I still do not understand. Do you have a dishonest person working in your church? Maybe their is a thief among us and we do not see it? How else could this happen. How could sister McDuff know of these details between you and I and the diplomat. Surely the diplomat can get to the bottom of this. My heart is broken with grief. I have always been a trusting man and sometimes it has cost me dearly, just like now.

I do not know if it is wise to tell you this but I must be honest for now I have nothing more to loose. When you first approached me I played like I had no money. The truth is that was not the truth. I have been very fortunate in my life and money has never been in short supply. My father owned a large ocean shipping company but unfortunately he had a stroke and died when I was very young. My mother and I were left with a sum of money but I was not able to touch my until I turned 30 years old (which was many years ago) and during the time I could not have the money it grew and grew thanks to wise investments by the managers. Reverend Clampton, the truth is I have never had to work a day in my life. But I learned very early that I had to be very careful because many people are dishonest. I am sorry to have to deceive in this small way. The fact is that you have passed two of my tests and have shown me that you are an honest man. First, you offered to pay for part of the shipping (that was a test) and second you have contacted me now even though I thought you never would because you had played an evil trick on me. But you have contacted me and that shows me that you are an honest man. I thank you for that and I am sorry to have ever doubted you.

The money that I have lost is not the main issue for me. It is because of evil doers that I am said. It is such a very small amount of money and yet people sell their souls to the devil for only 1500 British Pounds.

Now I am aware that my stupid actions have also caused the church to lose their 1000 pounds and for you to lose your 500 pounds. Is this also true? Can you get the money returned from the diplomat or did Sister McDuff also take that money? I do not know how these things work. Please advise what is the issue with these arrangements. The point is I have trust now because you came back when you did not have to.

I have helped many many people in my life and I honestly thought that my winning this money was a way the the Lord our God was thanking me. I don't know anymore because it has caused so much trouble.
