I just started thinking about this... and I am laughing so hard right now. These guys have family members back home who are genuinely worried. Imagine telling your wife, "I'll be back in a week or two. I am going to get $200k." Then, fast forward 10 weeks later. He is still not home and he has not called or emailed at all. How beautiful is that. His wife will HATE him when he gets home.

Jojo, you are making the assumption that the lad is actually going to make it home. I'd say that's a pretty big leap of faith.

Well, the only communication I currently have with them has been phone, that's since May 29th. A few days after, they emailed CZ I believe. ND has been silent since Tuesday or so.

Nope, he has checked his email and every time he does, we get a readnotify. The IPs are always the same.

I hope poor Dover is ok. It must be very soul destroying for him, being trapped in the heat and the dust in Abeche with nothing to do, out his mind with worrying about the safety of $200k, wondering when he can get back to his nice home.

Actually if Adamu ever rechecks his email looking for dover...

Hamdan meets dover. Dover think's he is The Leg and gives him the 200k and flys home with scooby. Hamdan then emails the bois and tells them what happened, and that he is going back to Nigeria using their imformation to take over their lives.

Then have ND show up asking for "why did you ask me here" Laughing

Shouldn't we talk to the rebels to give our lads a lift to N'Djamena? So they can take active part in the 'liberation' of the country and be of some use instead of hanging around in internet cafés.

^^ Looks like ND will put his travel plans on hold... But i do like the idea of Stinky meeting the rebels. Maybe something along the lines of: Dover decided to donate money to a good cause "Power to the People" (Rebels). Dover shoot out an email to Stinky and asks to meet the rebels, they will have some money for them... they will be coming to Abeche looking for Stinky Smile

The media always likes to hype up a story. Everyone knows that Chad is a very peaceful place. ND has no reason to worry. The only problem that stinky is having is that the ice is too cold.

Don't worry, the trouble is still more than 150 kilometers away from Abeche. And with some really big luck the rebels will take a different road to the capital.
