I had one from another forum who managed to turn up here due to a school boy error on my part, he opened an account here and went crying to the mods about me using underhand tactics on him, he was a forum bully who i decided to hammer after he constantly harassed an online friend of mine who was unwell and in her 60's, in the end there was nothing i didn't know about him and to be honest i put the fear of God up him with the late night phone calls Twisted Evil

In the end he started having a go at one of our mods here who for a while sported some pretty good sig lines from him.
So my suggestion is bait him until you have enough on him to tell him the colour of his front door then scare the crap out of him by getting a fellow baiter in his area to put a horses head in his bed Twisted Evil

one thought - could you bid your buddies on the fishing forum "goodbye", but then re-register under a new name? let the friends you know and trust know that it is really the same old you, but hopefully the stalker will be fooled.

There is nothing like antagonizing a stalker. How smart is that? The OP doesn't know who this person is, or what he is capable of. Stalkers are mentally deranged individuals, and antagonizing them only makes them angrier and more determined to get their prey.

As I said in a previous, post, it would be wiser to ignore him, ask about closing the current account and opening a new one with a totally different user name. At least the OP would be doing his part to avoid the stalker and take himself out of his line of fire instead of antagonizing him which is actually egging the stalker on. I don't feel that the OP enjoys being stalked, but I could be wrong.

Perhaps he should send his stalker to you since you appear to be willing to bait non-scammers. Evil or Very Mad

I'm not worried about the guy trying to harm me in RL, he's just a keyboard coward. I finally got the attention of a moderator who deleted the slanderous comments.

I shall wait my time and deal with him when the right situation presents himself.

Glad to hear that someone with the 'delete' key finally stepped up! Yes, it is true that some Admins can be terribly neglectful and break their own rules. I served as co-admin on a forum with a guy who was a keyboard coward, I LOVE that term, Sir scam! Due to the main admin's attitude the board has now vanished into cyberspace ... but due to my resourcefulness, the valued members post on my forum as I messaged them all before the board vanished. Wink

Sometimes it is a good idea to take your friends with you elsewhere.
