Only small comments;
Your statement about one warning sign is that the request is in broken English. Not all scams are perpetrated by people using "broken English". And not all people who don't use English correctly are trying to scam. ( You wouldn't believe the slaughter of English we get here. I wouldn't make that a warning sign.

Last paragraph you mix up 419 and spam. They are different although maybe hazy in most of the general public.

Personally, I like awareness pages, and would like to see the scambaiting aspect removed. Baiting pushes peoples' buttons, where just sticking to facts usually doesn't.
