I was at work today when a friend piped up he had finally sold his car and started reading the email out.... "If you car is as good as you say it is I don't need to see and due to me working overseas...."
I stopped him there and predicted the cheque... the transport company... the WU...
Those in the room were interested but not convinced so showed them some other cheque lads I was working on and the same format. I had saved him £4,000! A result!
Then I get..."Ohhhh, I thought I had sold my car.... you've ruined my day!" I should have told him I was only joking.... good luck with the sale! |
