Kelly wants a $2500 deposit from me before proceeding. Unfortunately some pesky quarantine laws suddenly popped up that have to be satisfied before I can send the deposit, namely I require pics of the drop bears in question and vet reports.

^^^^Ask him if he actually went to the MG office to verify the payment in person as you specified this to the clerk when you made the transfer, or did he just ring them up to try and verify the payment<lazy b*stard> which won't work for security reasons. Reason being, I think MG can be checked over the phone, or maybe he just has a buddy on the inside.

LOL @ Steam - I'm doing the exact same thing. No pictures yet of my aquatic blue & white striped tree frogs. Just continued requests to send money and to provide information, including a phone number. She refuses to call me, so she finally emailed me that the cost of my frogs will be $3,000 (a bit steep for tree frogs if you ask me), but will require a deposit of $1500. I'm ready to wire the money as soon as I can see my babies and as soon as she at least tells me who and where I'm wiring the money to Twisted Evil

I suspect 'she' is NOT really located in Mountain View, California, but I could be wrong. The experts can answer that question better. I do wonder if we aren't keeping her busy enough *cough* because seconds after I sent the last email this morning, I received a read mail notification.

i can't pull the email header, but she wants the funds sent to Cameroon, so my guess is there.

I just started a 'fastmail' bait with Read Notify on it, with my next response I'll try sending a file to be opened and see if we can't verify where she 'really' is. Twisted Evil

^^^ Just a suggestion. I am finding that if I do a silent readnotify, I actually get notified that the mail has been opened. I wasn't get anything before.

Sunshine, you do know that by looking at the picture, that zebra has a case of undulata oblongatis?

This reduces the price of a zebra (overall value in general) unless she's been certified by a vet.
