For those of you not aware i am the proud owner of the official 419Eater flag ship Risky Free, you can read about how she was acquired and named in This thread.
Now tomorrow will be a very special day for her as it will be the first time she is on the water since i have owned her, i have no idea if she will float as i have absolutely no nautical knowledge however i do have a rather nice Captains hat that i got off Ebay for a few euro so we should be ok.
She is all loaded up ready to go in the morning so i thought i would run a little photo diary over the next few days or so for those interested.
Heres a few i took a while ago.

I was thinking the same thing, Harry. That's a lot of top heavy weight for that little car to pull. Don't go over 20km/hr.

You're not planning on much water skiing, are you??
I had an 18 foot, 'pocket cruiser' sailboat I dragged around the SE US with a 4 cylinder Plymouth. Never went through a clutch. I did have to have innocent, and willling bystanders sit on the hood of the FWD car when I was pulling the boat out of the water on a wet ramp, though.
Damn thing weighed as much as the car............ |

It looks like a very nice boat, I was going to remind you to put the bungs in then on inspection I can't see a bung hole.
I gather the double trailer rig, is that the small one is not road registered ?

Against all the odds and with a little persuasion the little Astra made the 200 mile round trip, iv'e had to come back home to return the trailer and collect the life jackets and will be heading back up to the harbour in a while, Unfortunately half of the ships company reported to the sick bay this morning so a launch may be difficult today (but not impossible).
