Got up this morning to 5 emails begging me to send the MTCN a "normal" way. Of course I had been sleeping. Then I received an email informing me he was once again clicking away.
Any suggestions on where to take him from here? I told him had to do it this way or there would be a large number of security issues and tedious forms to fill out. Should I send him some security forms? |

The normal way would be to send him a copy of the receipt.

Make sure it is nice and big when you send it. A 'zip' file would be my best suggestion. He might not have access to unzipping software. |
