Something I heard on the radio last week in Abuja -
"Six thousand police will be deployed to Bauchi state this weekend to prevent the outbreak of law and order during the rerun of the local government elections."


When they read out the story it was about the fear of break down of law and order but in the headline they talked about the 'outbreak'.
I have confidence that they can usually prevent the outbreak of law and order in this place...
