Nice. I've been working a lad (3dward M4rk) for the last almost month. I have repeatedly made mistakes and driven him nuts. It's fun, alot of fun.

Actually, the funny thing is that I've called him "Chuckster" and "Chuckie Duckie" but never just "Chuk."

I was wondering why they get so bothered by the wrong name? Does that make the payment uncollectible? I thought the test question and answer enabled them to collect the payment without identification, so why doesn't the lad just say his name is "Tony Okeedokie" when he goes to the Money Gram office? Of course, in this case Catherine also made a mistakes with the test question answer but he didn't seem to notice that.

Look at it from the lad's point of view:

The payment is uncollectable.
The name is wrong.

From his point of view it certainly looks like it makes a difference. Look on it as de-education: we get to un-teach him how MG works, even though he probably knows more about it than a MG employee would know. Even if he finally realises that you're playing with him, he will probably still be certain that a wrong receiver name will make a MG transfer impossible to collect.
