According to the article I saw, he was trying to CASH it.
If my math is correct, that's a stack of $100 bills 244 MILES high, or 39,600,000 tons of nickels.
I hope he brought a friend to help carry the cash. |

He beats the previous record set by a guy in West Africa somewhere (I don't think it was Nigeria) who amended his pay cheque for �9-4/- to read �670,000,009-4/- and tried to cash it... |

Yeah not a check scam, as they have a picture of the check there. He just forged it to add zeros. Also he was carrying a weapon and drugs, that just screams dumb ass. |
