i just got this from one of my baits that i accused of being a scammer,i havent heard from the guy for 2 months then i get this.should i leave the country?lol.little scared and not sure how to take it,any advice please.

I am shocked to be informed by the consulting firm of Mr.NAME REMOVED AS SCAMMER COMES HERE( who I contacted based on my arrangement with you to shoot some pornographic film. You employed me to make arrangements for you to come over here and make sex video/film and in turn contacted the outfit of Mr. Ayo with the agreement that you were serious on doing a film over here after you sent me a letter of agreement to work for you.

It is therefore a surprise that you decided on your own imagination to think that Mr. Ayo is a 419ner by placing his company�s name on the internet fraud site.

I have never demanded any money from you as you are the one who introduced the business of pornography. You also on your own proposed what fees you will be paying me for organizing your security and providing accommodations for you when you come over to Cotonou with your crew for film shooting.

All our correspondence by email, yahoo chat is available for records.. I only contacted the firm of Mr. Ayo for the purpose of filming and providing your security as I do not have the personal capacity to do that. In other words, I contacted the office of Mr. Ayo based on your business proposal according to both our emails correspondences and telephone calls.

Therefore, you have no legal right to assume or construe the establishment of Mr. AYO to be a 419ner.

You are therefore advised to immediately withdraw the wrong information you have pasted on the internet to damage the office and person of Mr. Ayo immediately and tender due apologies for your assumption.

Be informed that you should do this within the next 48hrs as our lawyers have been handed all information�s and correspondences between us especially as it involves Mr. Ayo. All your pictures, telephone number, email address, the agreement letter you sent and your supposed photographs of conviction which prompted me to take you to be a serious business woman are all now sent to our lawyers.

This is cheap blackmail and deformation of character to say the list.. I am also sending a copy of this letter to the sponsor of this 419ners website to clarify this your stupid assumptions with them.

It could be a fun telephone call for the Radio Show tomorrow. Acting as your lawyer trying to reach a settlement - making him think that he has found another way to scam money but all the time trying to get him to admit to being a pervert.

If you like I can take him on and see how far I can push it. I won't do it unless you okay it.

Edit: He used the other guys name (Ayodele Arinka) as a person to send money to for his scam. I don't see how he thinks you called Ayodele a 419er.

Check the IP address of that letter against the IP address of your lad. I bet they're the same. If the person who wrote this letter was actually a REAL business man, the spelling mistakes would not exist or be VERY VERY sparse. It's probably a buddy from the internet cafe your lad frequents.

If you open one of his emails you should have an option somewhere (depending on if you are yahoo, gmail etc ) to show full headers.
Simply copy the full header and paste it in the box on this site :
http://headertool.apelord.com/headers

That will tell you where the email was coming from, also you can do it with one of his previous mails and see if the numbers are the same.

There will be 3 or 4 IP's in the header of the email. Usually the last one is where the email originated from. The rest are where the email went through on its way to you.

Do you still have some of the old emails from that bait??

now this guy emails me and also calls my phone,i told him he had the wrong person and hung up on him,the ip add shows the states,maybe he is an innocent person?he sounded african tho,lol.go figure.

This is just to confirm your email, since you claim that am talking to the wrong person when I spoke with you a while ago, but if you are the person then let me explain a few things to you, and if you fail to send a letter of appology within 48 hours maximum I will be forced to contact my lawyer for redress.

I was contacted by somebody from Africa as regards your intended project in Cotonou in respect of film you want to record and you needed a company to work with, to provide security and accomodation, since I have a registered company in Benin Republic that can handle the business, I now gave a bill for $40,000 usd to be paid in advance for both hotell accomodation and to provide security, I now wonder why you decide to report me to the so called 419ners web site as a sccammer, I have copies of your signed contract with your partner and relevant documents, this your attitude is very unbusiness wise.

I will stop here pending when you will reply to this mail before I decide on what to do.

No, no. It's a lad all right. So much laddishness about him, no matter how he tries to camouflage it. Perhaps the IP you saw was the yahoo server. There are plenty of lads and associates of lads in North America too, though. He's quite inventive, isn't he? Unusually intelligent, too. What was his original format? Perhaps a few of us here can bait him straight. Or as your lawyer.

I asked him make payment in advance to my bank before I can come down to cotonou for the arrangement, I then gave him my halifax account number for the payment, which you wrote on the web-site.

If you write my NAME REMOVED AS SCAMMER COMES HERE on either google or aol search, you see where it was mentioned as 419ners alongside the account number as reported by you, click on it and you will see the details.
