Anywhere you like, just start slow and play the ideal victim, helpful a tad greedy and too stupid to get it, so you ask questions. Keep indicating the tuna thing, but don't push it. Once you're going towards a money payment you can further indicate that a tun4wh0les4ler is an old and respected vocation, give yourself a Sir title and make up what ever you like and eventually the next fishing boat close to .... will at night drop the box/barrel with money at � 1 km from the shore as not to direct the customs to it.
