@MG - It is always the mugu's fault. Tell him you called MoneyGram and they informed you the money transfer was cancelled under suspicion of international espionage. Only the sender can retrieve it. He has to provide you a different way to send the money. You really don't want to die.

A chop is when a 3rd party manages to somehow steal the imaginary money before it reaches the scammer's hands. It can drive lads over the edge of sanity and cause paranoia, extreme paranoia.
