Just thought I would share with you all my work in progress. Like many of you I did not know what 419 was until I actually researched it, instead of taking advantage of all the opportunities which ended up in my mailbox! Well, this is a work in progress so hopefully, I might actually gain something out of this!
Here it goes. Enjoy as the story continues!

My dear Hajia Marian Abacha,
I have read your email thoroughly and I am saddened to hear of
your situation, as well as the dire straights that you appear to be
in at the moment. The beginning is a very delicate time, so therefore
I will introduce myself to you. Proper introductions afterall must be
made.
I am Dr. Van H. Morrison, D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery), and I am
Chief of Operations and co-founder of Groda and Morrison Sanitary and
Dental Supplies, Inc. Little more than ten years ago, I left my home
in the United States as well as my dental practice in San Francisco
in order to assist the growing need of dental practicioners in the
kubutz settlements throughout the State of Israel. Upon retiring with
the United Nations Dental Corps I joined up with a college buddy of
mine in order to establish a business based in Kuala Lumpur and
Beijing where we are secondary distributors of dental supplies,
radiological dental film, toothpowder, urinal cakes, and piping for
toilet plumbing. We are a small company of around three-hundred
employees and we take in a gross amount of $4,000,000 (Four-Million
Dollars) per annum.
I regret to inform you that I would supply information
concerning my phone number, however, such information would be a
waste of your time. Ever since an incident involving contact with
Syrian mortar shell that hit near my residence when I was living near
Tel Aviv, I have lost ninety precent of my hearing.
Also, due to a recent involvement with electromagnetic pulses
after our recent extermination job, I am unable to use a fax machine.
Now on to the necessities.
I regret to further inform you because of strict religious
beliefs and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Sanctified Order
of St. Beatricus Arthurus, I cannot conduct exchanges for charitable
purposes unless that individual is of my faith. However, perhaps
madam that the hand of providence smiles down upon us. Would you be
willing to join the sacred order? There is no cost nor obligation of
course, but merely an ideological confirmation of our tenets.
