Quite a few news articles on the world's second most powerful man and very dangerous hunting partner, Mr Cheney. There is considerable conjecture that his sunglasses reflect a less-than-fully-clad-person of the female gender:

I've taken a closer look and it appears to be a man's hand holding a rod (maybe a fishing rod?)

While I am certain our VP has the normal male interest in unclad women,I find it hard to believe that the Secret Service would allow this.
Though just where she might be hiding a weapon is open to speculation.

Fly fishing is very much like making love to a beautiful woman...you cast your flies on the waters and if you are lucky you get a little nibble. You then give your rod a huge yank (cue Mr Cheney) and with a bit of luck you end up with a satisfied smile on your face. Very Happy

How do we work that out?

Seeing as he's not actually in power, I'd say that other such luminaries as Vladimir Putin, Gordon Brown, Hu Jintao, Nicolas Sarkozy (for example) that all have direct control over Nuclear arsenals, may well be just a bit more powerful than Mister Cheney. Assuming that the second in command of the USA is the second most powerful man in the world doesn't make any sense.

Anyhow, to keep on topic, it's a mans arm holding a fishing rod. Wink
