Been lurking a while and enjoying all your adventures in the land of love scams.
I decided to join in formally after cleaning out some spam e-mails on a group of websites I'm responsible for, different e-mail addresses, similar text but all with an identical pic attached.
I selected one randomly and replied to it, first creating a fake persona and new Gmail account. The reply only took a day to arrive (from a different e-mail address of course). So far our "relationship" has spanned 3 e-mails over 4 days. "She" will be visiting my country soon to see her friend. No requests for money yet. I can post the messages if you all think it appropriate along with the grab-bag of pics so far (even one with fruit!)

Make sure you read the stickies and then read em again, they are important and will help you. Signing up for a mentor can be beneficial. If you wish to start easy and have a couple of practice runs, you can always look for a spare vlad, they are posted from time to time. I have a spare at the moment that you might like to play with

Thanks, up_and_under, but my spam logs are full of this stuff, usually automatically deleted. Mostly the "Hi, I'm a lonely girl who's bored today.." variety but occasionally longer e-mails with pics.
I'm reading the stickies currently, full of handy hints for dealing with my current "love"

She thinks my character is loaded and the reason they need my account details is because her "friend" is deaf and dumb so has problems using WU(!)
I responded with guff about my bank being security conscious and only accepting direct deposits from "authorised" accounts and would her friend supply her account details so I can "authorise" the transaction. No reply so far...
