I don't think this lad likes my fake lad character at all. I haven't had a good insult/death threat in a while.

^^^ In the pidgin that is used in and around Nigeria, the word "chop" actually means "eat" (or can be used as a noun to refer to "meal" or similar). So, when they use the term "a dollar chop" it doesn't have much to do with axes and cutting, but it means "to eat the other person's money".
