Exood ? A Scam?

This showed up in my mailbox today. Not sure if it is a scam or not but has anyone else gotten it? It advertises over 50,000 businesses in Nigeria and other countries.

It looks sort of genuine if a little bit on the dubious side. I did a search on the site for 'bank' and a few other things and it didn't come up with any obvious fakes.

Definitely spam though from onyx.electricavenuetech.com.

First opinion, just spam.
