Hi,

I've been baiting a killer, which has lost interest at a certain point. To renew his interest, my character started begging him to stop the shooting spree that has been disturbing his peace lately - and agreed to pay the hitman any sum he requires.

The 'hitman' was glad to use this amazing 'opportunity', but now wants me to send the payment slip to his 'boss', too. Is this a normal thing for them to do?

Yup. Since his killer name is not his real name, he can't have you send it to that name. Soo, he creates a "boss" which is likely his real name so that he can pick up the money.
