TOO LATE!

Hubby is a great cheese lover. Can't see the attraction myself
We have an arrangement. I dont eat his cheese he doesnt eat my chocolate.

I used to get vaccum packed homemade cheese sent down from a fishmonger in Orkney.
I also had a cousin who kept goats and made cheese from the milk.
Again cant see the attraction

AWWWW now im getting homesick for my wonderful Wisconsin. i miss my string cheese, and my cheese curds (excpesaly deep fryed) and my home away from home mars cheesecasle just south of Milwaukee they have the best 14 yo sharp chedder in the world

Anyway, you have a lot to answer for, I've just come back from the shops with a big block of farmhouse cheddar and some Carr's melts. You know, I'm actually alergic to cheese, I get an itchy face and my forehead sweats. I don't care though. Someone I know once tried to make me eat as much as possible to see if I'd pass out.

Applewood. Not only is it cheddar, but it's also smoked. Plus it's coated in paprika. Quite simply the best cheese out there for cheese on toast.

I must admit, I'm not a big cheese fan.

I sometimes eat parmesian and cottage cheese. And feta if it's on something, and not just by itself. That's it.

Man, i love cheese. Living somewhere near cheddar, i can say that local cheese just seems to taste better than mass produced cheese. Oh and cheddar uber alles.
