Due to the overcast sky, I can't see the totality, but the clouds have a nice light red glow.

Hubble would be pleased.

Nice clear skies to me, but I had to go outside from time to time to check on it. I hope the next one will be in a warmer season.

Very nice display for me. The little girl's friend drove over to watch it. I walked them over to the school yard and let them play with my high power LED flashlights and Sky Scout. Life is good.

Nice view where I'm at. It was pretty COLD though (snow is expected tonight into tomorrow). Worth the chill to see it though. Smile

Fantastic photos Hell Ryder.

Due to cloud I didn't see a thing, most dischuffed.
Tried the usual swearing and shaking fist at clouds, no joy.

Hubby did his best to cheer me up with his impression of a full moon and partial eclipse Rolling Eyes

Why the heck must they always organize this thing in the middle of the night? It's sleepy time then!

I quite agree.
Should be about mid day.

It was reasonable time of night if you were in USA.

Last one in UK was also early evening and nicely sited so 's we could see it from our bay window

Sygyzy always seems to be a factor. Wells, Nevada was pretty much distroyed by a 6.0 quake this morning. Beware the full moon. A very rare quake for this part of Nevada. Tidal forces? I think so, but UC Berkeley says not so. Still, full moons seem to increase the chances of a quake. Just my take on the subject.
