I may have hung up my keyboard, but it had everything to do with uni and not having enough time to enjoy the little things.

Think I'm getting a bit of that baiter burn out too. I have so many cut and paste Emails now that I use when I bait the creativity of having to construct each Email at every stage in the bait has gone.

Cut and paste "I'm interested tell me more, is it legal"
Cut and paste "address and bank information" (oh, how you allow yourself a wicked little smile the first time you think up an hilarious fake address and bank information)
Cut and paste "what is Western Union?"
Cut and paste "Here is payment information think I got it right"
Cut and paste "Oh have I got it wrong I'll check the receipt"
Cut and paste "Hang on the number is 8 digits not 10"

I might put a few extra questions in along the way if the opportunity arises but it is only if they're still playing at this stage do I really start creating long winded tales. However a lot of lads are extremely dull and don't want to play "these games." All we see in published baits are the handful of interesting ones that are out there. I think the overall dullness of 80% of the lads and their lack of adventure gets to baiters more than we think.

There are no dull baiters only dull lads. It's their fault, give them a slap Wink

Yep, I've been kicking around the anti-scam world for over three years, working on different things with various folks...which is why I don't post a lot here.

I'm back after a layoff of around just under a year after the birth of my second child. It's amazing how much time they take up Smile

i've kept a little bit of baiting going on but very little really. I must admit that i keep an eye on my baiting account and have done a bit of warning.
Hope to get back into more baiting now that things are a bit more settled!

This is the first post I've made in more than a year. I suppose the reason I stopped baiting were other things going on in my personal life., new job, promotion, kids in school, and so on. I still though talk about scambaiting to my buddies whenever I get the chance. Baiting is still fun but I just have less free time to do it.
