my parents who live in England answered the door to a caller who asked them various questions about air pollution. They gave their names and phone number.

A few days later they received a call telling them they had been successful in the free draw and had won wine or holiday vouchers.

They chose holiday vouchers which the guy said he would be delvering in person on Monday.

I am sure this is a scam - probably timeshare??

The card he gave on his visit has no company name or phone number but has an address in Suffolk which when I google comes up as a paintballing venue?

Any ideas - I have told them not to let the guy in the house if and when he calls
