I picked this guy out of the forums and he's been willing to do just about anything. I'd welcome any advice/suggestions on how to continue. Murr4y's original letter said he was offering loans out of Nigeria. (payment up front for bank transfer via western union of course) My character, Luz3rn3 is on the board of directors of the F1ch3ach1p casino.

Notice the bolded... You'd think that an advanced payment scammer would try to keep the loan information right. I believed I asked for a 3 month loan. Oh well, I let it slide, more of his extreme stupidity to come!

I faked a little suspicion to slow him down, he was way too eager. By the way, all the above messages took place within the first hour of the bait, all in one night. The next message came in the middle of the next day.

Attached to this mail is the Loan Agreement Document which you will have to sign and return back to me immediately to show that we are doing a real transaction and hope to cooperate with this loan transaction soon.
So for the sum of �1,200,000.00 to be transferred into your bank account from my country, the bank transfer charges will cost you the sum of �4000.00 which they will also use in transferring the loan to them, And this payment is needed to be paid via Western Union Money Transfer because it's more safety and faster, So you can also get the loan on time soonest you send the fees soonest you shall receive your loan. This "Loan Agreement Document" made my day. It's not particularly funny but it looks like something out of MS Paint and has the english skill level of a 3rd grader. Document below.

After this email I reread his contract, full of false information. Well I decided to make it easy for him. My lawyer is going to draw up his own contract.

Dear Mr. Murr4y,

My lawyer noted several errors on the contract you have sent me. First off, the F1ch3ach1p Casino is being built in Great Britain, not in the states. Second, we only wish to hold this loan until April, approx. 3 months. Your contract has interest set to 10 full years. My lawyer informed me that it would be much easier for him to draw up a proper contract with our terms that you can sign. I will send you this document ASAP when my lawyer is done writing it up.

I got sick of his eagerness and started up with some of my own, sending him a barrage of emails with things like "Lawyers are almost done." Well, eventually my lawyers finished and I tried sending K1ngs my 5 page long contract.
