Classic Translation scam.

Her name is Marina Prokopenko.

Name of the "Translation Firm" is Sigma.

I have a TON more pics of her. I was told by the translation company that more letters and pics would not come unless I paid. I gave a light slap and all of a sudden, she scrounged up a little more cash and could send me ONE more letter and THREE more pics.

Any advice on where to go from here? And does anyone recognize her?

Sigma Translations has several scam related hits and if the names are Leonid Chukarsky you might want to check other lionks that lead to to other postings on the net. If the same Bank Account is still in use Alan would be intereseted

That's two you have linked to in your opening post , and two others.
One may be one of yours which has been banned by Photobucket (your pic is not displayed)

Perhaps you could post all 11 here (as thumbnails) for the benefit of others who may receive scam mail from this vlad.
