Monday Jan 21st is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in the USA.
So, all the banks are closed, and WU offices, too! The lads will be disappointed that you can't send their money...  |

I'm sure there are many holidays out there that call for bank/WU closure. Secretary's Day, Bring Your Kid to Work Day, Earth Day, Breast Cancer Awareness Week, Yom Kipper, Cinco de Mayo...

@Tommo - Yeah, they come back and say send it as soon as possible, but it definitely adds to their frustration, especially if they have been having problems getting their money in the past.
My lad just told me, "let your Monday be Monday, okay?" I know this is gonna hurt him just a bit more....  |
