Heh a nice sideline for someone...but you just know you can't trust a massive chunk of your customers!
It makes me think a concerted campaign to get webcams in cybercafes would be fun - maybe some prize fund for caf� owners, there must be some UN cash for that kind of thing?!  |

Make sure you get plenty of muscle in, you don't want to keep getting "coerced" into keeping your cafe open at all hours for some salubrious customers.
If it all goes to plan though, I'll do the cooking. Toads on a stick are a popular surfing snack in Ghana I hear. |

All I can think of is that there is some serious money changing hands for them to even put those prices up, if you're paying that in rent, there's going to be payoffs to the legals, and some real money being paid by who ever is using the puters.
There's one in there, 10 yr lease, GHS$75 million
Either they make a lot of typos, or we're in the wrong business |

^^ A bit of both.
Some are just innocent cafe owners that have nothing to do with scamming, some are complicit and agree to having scammers in their cafes (sometimes they charge a fee), and quite a lot are forced into opening all night or allowing a scammer to work through the night on threat of violence.
Quite a lot of lads operate from home nowadays though, they've made enough money to buy a decent computer and internet connection, and it saves them dragging their arses out of the house. |
