At least, http://www.ip-adress.com/ does.
I have been there to check on the whereabouts of my lads several times. I like it because it has a map, and it pinpoints exactly where it thinks someome is.
Thing is, it always shows one of two locations (A) Lagos, and (B) in the middle of a road between Kajuru and Kachia. There doesn't even appear to be a town in the latter location- apparently, there's a huge lad-filled Internet cafe right off the side of the highway. 
So much for the Incredible Mappable IP. |

From the same search company, I've had a few different locations, not just those 2.
www.ip-adress.com aren't too bad really. They are normally, oh I'd say 90% accurate.
Post the IP here. You'll get some other ideas. |

I'm not technically minded but these IP detector programmes show where the ISP is located it doesn't show you an actual location of where your lad is sitting. It is possible for your computers IP to point to a country you aren't even in. If I were where my IP address points to I would be typing this outside on top of a very big hill. So when you check IPs you will only be pointed to a limited number of locations. It's more than likely that your ISP is close to where you/your lad lives but it isn't by any means conclusive. |

And not only that, some lads use Israeli satcoms. No, that doesn't mean they are in Israel.
Generally lads are in the same country as the ISP (another good way to double check is to check who issued the phones if they give phone numbers) - but cities tend to be not well reflected. |
