What made you become a baiter?

I don't remember the sequence exactly. I think someone sent me a link to someone who baits and publishes their baits. I got intrigued and did some more searching and found eater. I also saw what these criminals do to their victims and saw that eater is sensitive to victims and doesn't beat them up. I decided that this was the kind of group/community I wanted to be part of. I had time and started in baiting. I had fun with the first one and kept at it. I don't see that I will ever be one of the GREAT baiters, but if I can do my part to stall, delay and irritate scammers, I am happy.

I like the benefits though, I "know" people all over the globe. Kind of like college again! Wink

The truth is a freind at work here found it and told me to check it out .. I got into it big time and something clicked. I can remember back in my younger dumber days when I had gotten taken advantage of and sometimes for money and a couple time large amounts I have since wised up (somewhat) and I see the comarodity (sp) of the group and I like that,unfortucly the only time a can realy be here is when i am at work at home its wife and I time, i havent done any baiting yet and not sure of when I will but in the mean time I enjoy the group very much and have lots of fun living vicarious though all of you here. oh ya and my wife still wont let me have a pony Sad

I found a reference to it online in a NYTimes article. I read Mr Shivers baits, and laughed for hours. I came back. A few months later, I was stuck at home (think really stuck), and bored, so I looked it up again, and noticed the "Forum". I peaked in.... I came back... I read more.... I signed up... and... I started baiting! This is the most fun you can have being mean, and I get to write soft core porn to thieves.... and make them go places...

You remember being a kid, pressing your nose against a window covered in condensation, wide-eyed at all the wonderful things and people you could see inside and really wanting to be in there with all of them? And to be like them when you grew up?

Nah, that never happened to me either, so I joined Eater instead.
