Britneys real problem is an untreated bi-polar issue. She starts taking the proper meds and all will be good.
The real question is has there been so much damage done to her in the eyes of the Court that she will never get any time with her children again? Right now she should not have any, but if she gets treatment and shows she is back to stability she should (and the children need a relationship with her if she is stable). Problem is once a Judge sees you as a bad parent it is hard for him to change his opinion. |

I think that a problem here is that fame is as addictive as all those funny drugs they are using, probably even more.
It might really help Britney to disappear and get her life sorted, and then just lead a normal life with a normal job and a normal family.
But of course she won't want to live a "crappy" life like that after getting money shoved up her ... for years... And of course she wouldn't like it if in 10 years nobody would even remember who she is...

Is she really bipolar? It seems that whenever a 'celeb' has an addiction problem they are quickly diagnosed with being bipolar. The mood swings are much more likely to be a result of drug & alcohol binges not a cause. Sad that the more this disorder gets banded about by these people who don't actually have it, people who genuinely suffer from it are possibly less likely to receive the support they need. |

I think we're looking (resp. trying not to look) at a re-run of the Judy Garland story. The real difference is that Garland's story became public *after* she had pre-embalmed herself as a living corpse, ready made for the undertaker.
