I just need to get this off my chest.
At 0020 my time my ex gf called to scream "I dont love you, Happy New Year" and then hung up on me. 
I'm kinda shell shocked . . . she pulled me back into her meatgrinder of a life right after Thanksgiving and has been giving me hell for still caring about her ever since. This all started when she got mad at me for not wanting to be just her pal.
No room in my life for aquaintences . . . I have to many lads goin on 
I'm am turning  and am fighting myself from stooping to her level an firing off a salvo at her lifestyle right now.

Been on both sides of that one at some point in my life. Friends just does not work after you have been involved. Especially for a man. Go hang with your mates and forget about her. Hard to do I know, but it will work with time.
Whatever happens I have learned once you have broken up for the first time don't bother getting back together, it does not work. There was a reason you broke up the first time.
Love is not easy, but it is not supposed to be hurtful and so very hard either.
Now giving her sex is another matter all together if she is good at that kind of thing  |

@JBD, being 'just mates' won't work mate so in my experience you need to be tough, you don't hang out together, call each other etc just act as if she didn't exit. Find a nice new lady who isn't gonna treat you like crap. |

Focus on your mates and hobbies. When this happens to me I pick up the guitar/spanner/playstation controller/weights and do something that takes my mind off it. Even better, find a new hobby where you get to meet people. Who knows, you might find a much better (and cuter) excuse to forget that nasty bitch 
Focus on something else and everything gets much easier. Trust me

2 years. Did not trust a single one. bailed them of off roofs, cliffs, ice falls ,and Pit Bulls..in a shed.(kidding). 1 Day, an Angel enterted my life. MY Angel.!Married11 years today. Just kinda venturing back out into the world. I am bouncing back. The process has begun a lot faster than it did last time she did this. Thanks for all the advice. Now I have to keep my sister from putting a beatdown on her if she her out
