They say she might have been shot in the head, or it could just have been shrapnel. I wonder if the bomb was secondary in case an assassins bullet didn't do it.

While she may have been corrupt, too bad they had to take out innocent people just in the rally.

And I think JM is right, it can't be too long before martial law is redeclared to make sure this doesn't keep escalating.

Regardless of how you feel about her corruption, Musharaf (or how ever you spell that) will use it as an excuse to impose martial law again, and probably take back the reins as official head of the military (like anyone thought he really gave that up). This will likely not end well.

It is never good when the people in power kill the opposition, regardless of what you think of the opposition.
