@Ambush: If you have characters you want to put on the line I can also get you in touch with the hitman. One of my characters has proven to be too tough to threaten and now is working with N4th4n and delivering new people to him.
What N4th4n does not know (among other things...) is that I'm not passing all the victims to him but keep the easiest and the most lucrative for myself...

Please keep your Dama bait seperate to the current one, in other words dont cross charactors, if we can get him to safari again we will surely lose him next time, that will leave you as his partner to hold the fort until we can get back in from another angle.
The Hitmen are becoming popular so a new victim should be along shortly, obviously we can still coordinate our efforts against him, I just dont want all of us to lose him at the same time if something goes wrong (or right as the case may be).

If you have some spare victims I am sure root will make sure you get threatened, I have given Dama quite a few and we seem to be keeping him busy from here.

Dama is particularly easy to get bank info out of and I have told him it is the safest way to recieve payment, if the oportunity arises for any bank info be sure to try for it, and once recieved we should be able to get the account closed.

3) Maybe a combination of 1 and 2. You know, if you can't beat him....join him.

Dollar chops actually create some credibility for the victims that I have supplied to him so I have no problem at all, just a suggestion but how about a corrupt WU employee who has pinched his money this time.

Steering them away from Western Union and towards bank accounts is also a great idea.
