I'm having yet another tussle with HM Revenue and Customs.
This one revolves around the US$ and GB� exchange rates, and the nice helpful Revenue investigators won't tell me the source for their conversion rates which, if correct, mean that I need to disappear . . . . . quickly.

Can anyone tell me where I can find information regarding $ to � rates specifically for these dates:
August 13th 1997, and
September 19th 2001
